Having previously created narrative meeting rooms for this (unnamed) Dutch benefit agency, we were asked to develop the thinking behind a new design for the entrance areas of their offices. To make their clients who, for whatever reason, are not working or cannot work, feel what the organization does for them. When the story stood, SYNRG - the architects of this institution - together with Studio Gagarin created the design for an entrance area where you are figuratively embraced, find a moment of peace and know you are seen.
